4. Are you going to take it on the highway?

If you need to go on the highway, you better think about going with a gas motorized scooter.  Most gas motorized scooters can go up to around 60 to 80 miles per hour.
Most Electric motorized scooters can go up to 8 to 25 miles per hour (again unless you are will to pay considerably more than a gas motorized scooter, you will be stuck in the 8 to 25 miles per hour rang.)
